Have you sent word to Tumblr's support? If not, you might want to give it a shot, while you may not take back everything, at least you might have the chance to take back your account.
I actually did. First time immediately after it happened and 2nd one today. Also getting your account back is meaningless since it runs the chance of getting terminated again almost immediately for the same reason as the first time.
